Role Description

We’re looking for a creative freelancer who can jump in and help us on specific projects. Someone flexible, reliable, and ready to capture what makes each story unique. You should be comfortable working independently, but also enjoy connecting with people on set – whether it’s kitchen staff, guests, or clients. And since most of our work happens here, you need to be based in Bergen. You will work closely with the creative director to produce visually stunning photography and videography projects.

Requirements

Have your own camera gear.

Experience as both photographer and videographer, with a portfolio to show.

Excellent attention to detail and creative vision

Punctual, reliable, and committed.

Independent and confident working alone when needed.

Ability to work on-site in Bergen.

Bonus points if you…

Have a knack for food photography.

Know your way around Adobe Premiere and Lightroom.

Can handle low-light environments.

Understand what works (and what’s trending) on social media.
